Utilities

Duke Energy provides electrical service to our community.

Seneca Light and Water provides water service. 

Fort Hill Natural Gas supplies natural gas to our properties.

Internet is available from two providers established in the community. AT&T fiber and Spectrum cable.

Waste water is handled by individual septic systems permitted the SC Department of Health Services septic tank program.

Services

Law Enforcement is under the jurisdiction of the Oconee County Sheriff's Department

Health Care. Prisma Health operates the Oconee Memorial Hospital located in Seneca SC. Medical providers in the area include An-Med,  Bon-Secours, Prisma Health, and others.

Solid Waste and Recycling centers are provided by Oconee County

Lake Keowee is owned and operated by Duke Lake Services it is important for Owners to be aware of their permitting processes and authority. 

Curbside Trash Collection is not provided by the county or the HOA, but can be procured by Owners through several local vendors.
