Amenities & Activities

Our Clubhouse can accommodate 90 people and is located adjacent to our pool and courts. Volunteers host regular social events and small group activities. Members may reserve the meeting room for private events.

The Pool is a 25-meter pool with swimming lanes. Open late spring through early fall.

Our Courts are multi-purpose and consist of two tennis courts or four pickleball courts.

A 1.3 mile Walking Trail is paved with wooden bridges meandering through wooded common property and crossing small streams. It connects the Longview Marina, the Clubhouse, and the Lakebreeze Marina and Pavilion.

Play Structures are located adjacent to the Pavilion and near the Pool and Clubhouse.

Two Marinas contain the slips assigned to interior lot owners. The larger at is at the end of Lake Breeze Lane and the other adjacent to Longview Drive.

The Pavilion is located next to the Lake Breeze marina with tables and porch swings with a fireplace and single restroom.

A Fenced Boat Storage area contains approximately 100 spaces and may be rented by owners, based on availability.
