ACC Process for Owners

To Submit a Project in TownSq

1. Download the appropriate submittal Form in the left column and review the checklist to make sure you have all the documents required. Combine files into a single PDF and reduce file sizes to facilitate reviews. Have the documents filed in a location to make them easy to attach when required.

2. Tree requests and minor change submittals do not require a separate form, instructions are all within in TownSq dialog boxes. Have photos and other supporting documents filed in a location to make them easy to attach when prompted.

3. Log into TownSq. NOTE: Architects or Builders submitting as an Owner's representative, must have the Owner submit a request to the ACC manager to allow access to TownSq.

4. In the sidebar, go to Tools and then click on Architectural Review

5. At the top of the page, click on +Submit project

6. A dialog box will appear and enter your street address for “unit” (or lot number for empty lot).

7. Enter “project name”.

8. Use pull down to select “category” (form) that you want to submit

9. Follow instructions and fill boxes in.

10. Attach documents where you see a paperclip icon.

Submittals are reviewed under the WSC Architectural Guidelines, Rev 8. Please read the sections relevant to your request before attempting to make a submittal. Submittals can only be made by Owners or professional representatives authorized by an Owner. Click for a summary of the Submittal process and Guidelines.

The PDF forms below are fillable and include a checklist of information required for a smooth submittal and approval process. Incomplete and non-complaint submissions will be returned for revision. The proper form must be included in your submission (except for tree requests an minor changes to existing homes).
