What is WSC...

?

TownSq is our primary communications tool and is accessed through a desktop browser or mobile device. It allows owners, the board, and management to streamline communication with the goal of improving services to the community. 

Owners may contact info@ipmhoa.com for instructions on signing in for the first time.

Both spouses should sign up as an Owner.

Also, Owners may add additional household members as follows.

• One Owner must log into TownSq
• Click Owner Profile in the upper right corner of the window and pull down to Occupants.
• Click Create Occupant, select family member, and enter name and contact info you wish to add.
• Click Create Occupant.
