About
Waterside Crossing is a prestigious residential community located on 475 acres of woodlands, with stunning views, along 4 miles of Lake Keowee’s shores. The community consists of five sections with a total of 254 lots, on which over 200 homes are built. There are both lake front properties with private docks and interior properties with boat slips, so owners have easy access to Lake Keowee. Homes range in size from 3,000 to 6,000 sq ft.
Located in Oconee County, near the towns of Seneca, Walhalla, and Clemson, Waterside Crossing is midway between Atlanta and Charlotte, and about one hour from Greenville. Residents enjoy a temperate climate in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with numerous state and county parks, hiking trails, and over 200 waterfalls within an hour’s drive.
Lake Keowee is a blue-water lake over 23 miles long with 300 miles of shoreline. Duke Energy constructed Lake Keowee where numerous mountain streams converge and is one of 3 bodies of water part of a unique nuclear and hydroelectric energy system.
